Use:

Wash, dry and put entire potatoes (with the peel) in the pan.

Put the pan on the stove and let them cook over low heat. Occasionally move the potatoes by shaking the pan. Once they get a little scorched, put a stick inside one of them! If you can get it to fully penetrate the potato, it means they are ready to be served!
